Netherlands: 1–3 business days

EU: 3–7 business days

International: 7–14 business days

Yes, you have 14 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. Return costs are not covered by Populaire. Refunds are processed within 14 days after we receive your returned item.

Items must be:

• Unworn
• Unwashed
• With original tags attached
• Returned in original packaging where possible
